These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Calls to PDF: Export & Backup mobile application ("the App", "we", "our", "us"). Please read them carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1.Acceptance of Terms
By using the App you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference, and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us.
2.The Service
The App lets you export, back up, restore, and view your device's call logs and contacts in formats such as PDF, CSV, JSON, TXT, and a restorable backup file. All such processing happens locally on your device. The App is provided for personal, lawful use with data you are authorized to access.
3.Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App — including exporting call logs and contact information — complies with all laws that apply to you.
4.License to Use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
5.Free Plan & Limits
The App is free to download and use. On the free plan, each export or backup includes up to a fixed number of your most recent calls (currently 250). Older records beyond that limit are not included in a free export. You can raise or remove this limit as described below.
6.Pro & Subscriptions
You may upgrade to Pro to remove the free export limit and disable ads. Pro is offered as:
- a one-time lifetime purchase, or
- an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription.
Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and managed via RevenueCat. The following terms apply:
- Billing & renewal: Subscriptions are charged to your Google Play account and renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from the Google Play Store > Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: Purchases are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policies. We do not separately process payments or refunds.
- Restore: You can restore an existing purchase on a new device via the App's restore option.
- Price changes: Prices may change; any change will apply only to future billing periods and, where required, with prior notice and your consent.
7.Rating Reward
The App may offer a one-time reward of a small number of additional free-plan calls in exchange for opening its Google Play listing to leave a rating. The reward is granted automatically after you visit the store listing and is optional. It does not require you to leave a positive review, and it does not grant Pro features. We may modify or withdraw this offer at any time.
8.Advertising
The free plan is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. By using the free plan you agree that the App may display ads, subject to the consent choices described in our Privacy Policy. Purchasing any Pro plan removes ads.
9.Your Data & Backups
- You are solely responsible for the call logs, contacts, exports, and backup files you create, store, share, or restore using the App.
- Exported and backup files are stored on your device and any locations you copy them to. Keep them secure — they may contain personal information.
- Restoring a backup writes data to your device's call log and contacts. Review what you are restoring first, as this may add or overwrite records.
- We do not store your call logs or contacts on our servers and cannot recover files you delete.
10.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the App to access, export, or process data you are not authorized to handle;
- use the App for any unlawful, harassing, or privacy-violating purpose;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law;
- circumvent the free-plan limits, ads, purchase verification, or other technical measures;
- interfere with or disrupt the App or the services it relies on.
11.Intellectual Property
The App, its design, and its content (excluding your own data) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you beyond the limited license granted above.
12.Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services including Google Play, Google AdMob, Google/Firebase, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
16.Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when we post the updated Terms and revise the "Last updated" date below; continued use of the App means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
